Hagge’s Bar and Grill has announced that they have selected a local band, Mother Shipton, as the band for the evening social at SnowJam 2013.
Mother Ship says they are a “heavy dose of Neil Young mixed in with some alternative stuff including The Black Keys and Ryan Adams. Also, a lot of blues based rock with a unique touch.”
They will be performing in the evening on Feb 23, following the SnowJam prize awards, and drawings.
SnowJam 2014, the area’s premier snowmobile trail ride, has been scheduled, and we hope you are there with us for this event. The event will be Saturday, Feb 15, on the Cass County ND trail system, with event headquarters at Hagge’s Bar and Grill, Mapleton, ND. This is the 7th annual SnowJam event.
Snowmobile Trail Ride
The snowmobile trail ride will start and end in Mapleton, ND, following more than 100 miles of freshly-groomed trail spanning across Cass County. In addition to the trail ride and vintage snowmobile display, the Rural Cass Snowmobile Club is working on several other activities for the ride, including cash prizes, hundreds of drawings and door prizes and social activities and a band at Hagge’s following the ride. And, area businesses throughout the county are gearing up for the additional snowmobile traffic expected that day.
Ryan Mayer Vintage Snowmobile Ride and Display
Vintage snowmobile enthusiasts with models that are 1988 or older are invited to participate in this display and ride. During the show, prizes that will be awarded will include Best of Show and People’s Choice. In addition, the Ryan Mayer Vintage Snowmobile Ride showcasing the vintage snowmobiles will take place from Hagge’s.
