Wondering how many members of the local snowmobiling community took part in SnowJam 2014? Here’s some stats:
Great to see so many of you at SnowJam 2014!
Two John Deere vintage snowmobiles took home the trophies at SnowJam 2014. Eleven vintage sleds were displayed and three braved the local trails to take their vintage snowmobiles for a ride.
Warren Zitzow of Moorhead was the Best of Show winner in the SnowJam 2014 vintage snowmobile display. The sled he displayed is a John Deere JDX8 that his son and son-in-laws restored for his 70th Birthday last year.
Last year Troy Ness of Kindred won Best of Show with his 1972 450 John Deere but this year, he took home the People’s Choice trophy instead.
Stop out next year for SnowJam 2015 and maybe you can get a glimpse of one of these two winning vintage sleds.
